Invoking the Spirits of the Green: An Introduction to Plant Magic

Calling all green witches! In this workshop, adept plant magic practitioners Isaiah Dearborne and Rev. Charly McCreary will cover the foundational principles of working with the Spirits of the Green in magical and spiritual contexts. We will cover practices you can do to begin forming a connection with the medicine and magic of plants, provide a list of essential herbs and plants every Witch should know, introduce celestial-plant correspondences, and give you some simple recipes and formulas to take home for personal use. We will also share some of our most profound personal experiences from our time communing with the plant devas.

Bio:
Isaiah Dearborne and Charly McCreary are The Inner Circle IC, a collaboration dedicated to education, ritual, ceremony, and healing. Isaiah is a writer, mentor, coach and counselor steeped in western esoteric magic and indigenous traditions. He draws from 25 years of experience in the arts magical including astrology, tarot, shamanic practices, plant medicine, and ritual. Isaiah’s professional apprenticeship was a ten year journey with systemic and family constellation therapy. He has since developed his own techniques of ancestral healing which are highly effective at releasing inherited family trauma and reconciling the past. Charly McCreary is a Witch, astrologer, plant magic practitioner, and ordained Priestess within the Tradition of Lothloriȅn. She is also a co-founder, director, and performer in the Cabiri, a Seattle-based ritual theatre company. Her practices span over two decades and include conducting group rituals, conducting rites of passage, divinatory rites, teaching, and mentoring students of the Craft. Isaiah and Charly are currently based in Washington state.
